The men's soccer team and the women's indoor volleyball team from the British Institute of Torreon have secured their spot in the national stage of the CONADEIP Junior C category.

In volleyball, the British Lions managed to defeat Carlos Pereya School 3 sets to 1 and ITESM Laguna 3-0 to qualify for the national stage.

This team is led by Efrén López Rangel and Marcela García Durán, who are now preparing for the national event.

In men's soccer, the Torreon British squad, coached by Guillermo Gómez and Saíd García, started the elimination round with a 2-1 defeat against ITESM Chihuahua, then they won 2-1 against San Patricio.

Later, the Lions defeated ITESM Laguna 3-2 and secured their spot in the nationals by beating Escuela Carlos Pereyra 2-0. The national event will take place at UDEM in Monterrey.
