National Scholarship and Educational Loan Program (Pronabec) of the Ministry of Education launched the 2023 call for Permanence Scholarship with 8000 full scholarships for outstanding students from public universities. Requirements to apply for Permanence Scholarship 2023
If you are interested in obtaining one of the 8,000 scholarships from Pronabec's competition, you must be a Peruvian national and meet the accreditation requirements for poverty or extreme poverty, according to the Household Targeting System (Sisfoh) of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion.
On the other hand, the student from the public university must have a good academic performance and be at least in the upper-middle level. However, if the applicant does not have the pre-registered information in the application module, they must attach a certificate with the seal of their educational institution that certifies the following data:
- University name and professional career
- Student's full name
- Type of study regime: semester or annual
- Total duration of the professional career
- Study modality: it must be face-to-face
- Enrolled semester: between the second and penultimate academic semester in 2022-II or between the second and penultimate completed year in 2022 (For students of the National University of San Cristóbal de Huamanga, semester 2022-I)
- Good academic performance: be at least in the upper-middle level
