According to the schedule of the Monthly Gross Remuneration (RIM), the salary increase for teachers and education assistants is scheduled for November of this year.
What are the magisterial scales for 2023?
The magisterial scales for 2023 will have 8 levels, with the minimum being 3100 soles and the highest being 6485 soles. Education sector workers will receive their salary according to the hours of their workday.

How much will assistants receive with the 2023 salary increase?
According to Law No. 31638, the Public Sector Budget Law for Fiscal Year 2023, assistants will receive a salary increase of 800 soles based on a 6-hour workday or 30 chronological hours.
When will the available positions for the 2023 Teacher Appointment be announced?
According to Minedu, the available positions for the 2023 Teacher Appointment will be announced on Friday, October 13. On the other hand, teachers will have the opportunity to apply for a vacancy on December 28 of this year.
