This time Jairo Concha and Ricardo Lagos fell injured and, for the moment, it is unknown how long it will take for them to recover. In this way, there are a total of ten injured footballers that the coach obviously cannot count on. Incredible but true.
Concha complained of pain in the right area of his hip. He felt this discomfort even before the trip to Cusco, so he could not be taken into account for the match against Cienciano. He was not even part of the bench. The issue with 'Richi' Lagos occurred during the game, experiencing a muscular problem. He played until the 84th minute and then requested to be substituted.
Both players will undergo MRI scans to determine the severity of their respective injuries.

- Bryan Reyna: Muscle strain. Also undergoing rehabilitation at Videna. Will take two more weeks.
- Pablo Sabbag: Ankle sprain. Still needs a few more days of recovery. Chance of making a comeback.
- Yordi Vílchez: Knee inflammation. Was available for the match against Cienciano, but the coach preferred to give him more rest.
- Santiago García: Knee inflammation. Was ruled out one day before the trip to Cusco. Recovery process is yet to be determined.
- Franco Zanelatto: Knee sprain. His case was similar to García's. Could return on Saturday at Matute.
- Andrés Andrade: CRUCIATE AND MENISCUS. Underwent surgery on the ligaments. Will miss the rest of 2023.
- Franco Saravia: Recovering from a fracture of the fifth finger on his right hand.
