One of those who was more than dissatisfied with Sporting Cristal's performance against Universitario de Deportes in the match valid for matchday 13 of the Opening Tournament was former goalkeeper Erick Delgado, one of the last references of the celestial institution.

The 'Loco' demonstrated during Erick Osores' program "El Análisis" that he was very surprised by the lack of attitude with which Cristal faced this last match, where the Rimense team only shot three times on goal during the 90 minutes.
And in one part of the debate, journalist Osores wanted to emphasize Universitario's sacrifice in the final moments of the match, going to the ground for each ball even though they already had the match secured by 2-0, alluding to the popular and mystical 'garra' with which the crema team plays.
However, it was there when 'Loco' Delgado couldn't take it anymore and declared everything: "La garra is not exclusive to the 'U', those are nonsense", he affirmed. "You throw yourself to the ground. I am losing, I throw myself to the ground, I fall on him with all my 100 kilos on top", added the former captain of Sporting Cristal, referring that everyone can play a sacrificial match no matter the moment.
