It should be noted that the Family Housing Bonus 2023 in the New Housing Acquisition (AVN) modality is 43,312.50 soles. On the other hand, the Construction on Own Site (CSP) method is S/ 29,700.

How to register in the program?
- Register your family at any authorized offices and centers nationwide of the Fondo MIVIVIENDA. (Find out the establishments HERE)
- When you go to the center closest to your home, you must present your National Identity Document (DNI) and that of your spouse or partner. In addition, have the complete data of all the members of the Family Group.
- The FMV (Fondo MIVIVIENDA) will verify compliance with the established requirements.
- The evaluation result will be published on the official program portal.
