We must mention that this subsidy from the Peruvian State is exclusively aimed at families with low economic resources so that they can buy, build or improve their home, which will have basic services such as water, electricity and sewage.
What are the benefits of the Family Housing Bonus - BFH?
The Family Housing Bonus (BFH) is an economic benefit that the State seeks to deliver for free and does not require repayment. This is a reward for savings, although the value may vary depending on the modality to which you apply.
- To buy a house until December 31, 2023, the subsidy can be up to 43,312.50 soles, according to Ministry Resolution No. 415-2022-VIVIENDA.
- To build a house until December 31, 2023, the bonus can be up to 29,700.00 soles, according to Ministry Resolution No. 421-2022-VIVIENDA.
- Finally, to improve the house the family could receive up to 11,385.00 soles.
What are the requirements to access the Family Housing Bonus?
- Form a Family Group (GF) with a head of family who declares their relatives as wife, children, siblings, grandchildren, among others.
- Have not received housing support from the Peruvian State, such as Fonavi, Banmat, Enace or FMV.
- The household must not have a monthly income exceeding 3,715 or 2,071 soles.
- Do not have a house, own land or independent air spaces.
