Get up! Juan Pablo Varillas (ATP 129) lost to Argentinean Juan Manuel Cerúndulo (ATP 94) in the semifinal round of the ATP Challenger Lima II. The national racket was defeated 2-1 (7-5, 1-6, and 6-3) and said goodbye to the international tournament, although the South American tour continues and the Peruvian will participate in the Tour de Guayaquil starting on November 1st.

With the defeat of the national tennis player, Cerúndulo advanced to the final of the championship, where he will face Chilean Nicolás Jarry (ATP 202). The fight for gold in Peru will take place at Club Tennis Las Terrazas de Miraflores between Nicolás Jarry and Juan Manuel Cerúndulo. The scheduled time for the match is 2:00 p.m. (Peruvian time) and 4:00 p.m. (Argentinean and Chilean time). There will also be a free online streaming on the ATP Tour website to watch the match.
