The Supreme Decree No. 167-2021-PCM was published this morning and it details some aspects to consider for those who wish to attend the matches that will determine the Peruvian football champion.

Let's remember that the competition executive announced to Gol Perú that "the percentage for now is 20%. We are in talks with the authorities and next week we have a meeting with both clubs." This figure was confirmed in the document.

As detailed on the El Peruano newspaper website, this measure will be possible because Lima is in a moderate alert level, which allows for a 20% capacity in sports stadiums. However, only people who have received both doses of the vaccine will be allowed to attend.
The document also highlights that the established protocols must be respected and that the organization is subject to "prior authorization from local governments within the framework of their competencies."
On the other hand, one of the points to be determined is whether the matches will be played with both sets of fans. Villavicencio emphasized that this will depend on the meetings held with the clubs and the respective authorities.
How is the Liga 1 champion determined?
The title match between Alianza Lima and Sporting Cristal will be played on November 21 and 28. In case of a tie in points at the end of the two matches, the team with the better goal difference will be declared the champion. If the tie persists, two 15-minute periods will be played. If the result remains tied, everything will be defined by penalties.
