After twelve semesters of service to Millonarios, Luis Mosquera will leave the capital club and join Deportivo Pasto. His contract with the Embajadores ended in December and coach Rubén Israel did not have him in his plans.

Mosquera seemed to be one of the great promises of Colombian football. He rose to the first team under Óscar Héctor Quintabani, but it was Luis Augusto García who made him debut in a match against Deportes Quindío. However, he lowered his level and started to be questioned by the fans.

The Letician regained his good game under the command of Hernán Torres, but his outstanding performances were interrupted by a cruciate ligament rupture in his dominant leg.

Mosquera won the Copa in 2011 and the League in 2012, but was not a regular starter. In 180 games he scored 14 goals.
