Gianluca Lapadula returns to Italy

After his debut with the Peruvian National Team and having set foot on Peruvian soil for the first time, Gianluca Lapadula arrived in Italy to rejoin his club, Benevento.

"I'm back", said the popular "Lapagol" on his official Instagram account, where he is seen heading to the training field with a group of his teammates.

Although the results of the National Team were not what was expected in the last double date of the Qualifiers towards the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the Italian-Peruvian was one of the few players who stood out, thus earning the support of the national fans.
