The forward for the Portland Timbers and the Chile national team expressed his satisfaction in returning to represent Chile and stated that Peru, the upcoming opponent in the qualifiers, is a "complicated" and "difficult" team.

"I am very happy to be back in the national team, I come with a lot of desire and I hope to do things well," said the 27-year-old striker who has played for Audax Italiano, Universidad de Chile, Cruz Azul, and Pumas UNAM.

Regarding the Peruvian national team, Felipe Mora mentioned that they have always been a "very complicated" opponent and that "lately they have been doing things very well."

"It's going to be a very difficult match, but we have a great team and hopefully we can secure the three points at home," added Felipe Mora, who has scored one goal in the five friendly matches he has played for the Chilean national team.
