The negotiation continues at Cerro Porteño regarding the issue of delayed salary payments, and Juan Camilo Saiz, the Colombian defender of the blue and red team, revealed details of the latest developments. According to the Colombian footballer, President Raúl Zapag presented a proposal that did not satisfy the team.

The offer from the board consisted of a payment of 50% of the salaries for January and February, with the promise of the remaining 50% being paid when the institution has access to resources or income again.
