FIFA Introduces Pro License for Coaches

Diego Caballero, responsible for coach licenses at the football headquarters, explained the measure: "The idea with the Pro license is to professionalize coaching so that the knowledge that coaches have is not solely empirical. This originated in Conmebol and having the license is mandatory for coaches."

To obtain this license, coaches must have the title of DT, have coached three seasons in the First Division as a head coach, and complete the corresponding paperwork.
