Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is promoting his new movie and has given several interviews in his new acting career, but there is something he does not forget: wrestling.
In the television show Live With Kelly And Ryan, the legendary character talked about his now past career in WWE:
"I miss wrestling, I love wrestling. Yes. I retired quietly from wrestling because I was lucky to have a really wonderful career and achieve what I wanted to achieve. But there is nothing like being in front of a live audience, with a live microphone, as you both know. Also, I grew up in wrestling. For many of you who do not know, my grandfather was a wrestler, my dad too, my whole family. And the first time I went to see a WWE match was at Madison Square Garden and it was a big pay-per-view event, and it was fun. That contributed to where I am today."
Various rumors claim that The Rock could have one more fight in his career against Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 36, but nothing is confirmed. His career in Hollywood keeps him busy, so we are unlikely to see him in the company anytime soon.
