The official Twitter account of Morelia has made it known that Carlos Fierro and Chilean Felipe Mora will be their reinforcements for the Apertura 2018. However, minutes later they deleted the publication.
Both players were part of the Cruz Azul team in the past tournament. Fierro arrived as a reinforcement for the Machine this year and participated in 13 of the 17 matches.
Mora played for the capital team in two tournaments and participated in over 80 percent of the matches.
The possible arrival of these players would fulfill the offensive need of the Monarchs, although not at the expense of the possible departure of Peruvian Raúl Ruidíaz, the top scorer of the Michoacan team.
Coach Roberto Hernández, who will lead the team for the next two tournaments, is beginning to reinforce the squad that made it to the recent playoffs and will seek to continue being a protagonist.
