For the second time in less than a month, Brock Lesnar defeated Roman Reigns inside a steel cage at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Thus, the 'Beast Incarnate' defended the WWE Universal title for the sixth time.

However, the way Brock Lesnar retained the title left the fans more than confused. Because everyone saw Roman Reigns fall first on the canvas, after breaking part of the steel cage with the body of the Universal Champion of WWE.
