Luis Suarez, who was Gustavo Quinteros' assistant in the national team, was presented yesterday as the new coach of Manta.

The Manabí team is second to last in the Serie B standings with 5 points, and Suarez's mission is to avoid relegation from the second division.

"We are committed from this moment to the institution, we have come to add, I know several of the players," said the coach yesterday during his presentation to the tuna team.

Cesar Castilla will be the physical trainer and will arrive in the country next Friday.

In today's match against Olmedo at the Jocay stadium, Juan Pablo Garcés will be in charge.
