Charlotte Flair is one of the best wrestlers who have been in WWE.

From her beginnings in NXT, the Amazon knew how to be one of the protagonists, and now she is about to have her third match at WrestleMania next weekend, against the undefeated Asuka, whom she must defeat to remain as the Smackdown Champion.

Recently, Charlotte spoke about the issue in an interview with Xfinity. Here are her statements:

"When Asuka won the women's Royal Rumble, I was in the ring with her and Alexa Bliss, then Ronda Rousey came out and I was thinking, 'I really want Asuka to choose me. That's what I want at WrestleMania'

"Just the Empress against the Queen. It may sound cheesy, but it feels good. It's the perfect contest. She has a lot of respect with everyone and I have respect for her and her style. She already has a story, because without having a long rivalry, it just works. I have the title, she has the streak. Who is supposed to beat who? It's like two bulls face to face (...). I'm going to shake her hand, because everyone bows to the queen."

About Ronda Rousey:

"I haven't seen her since the Royal Rumble, but Ronda didn't get to where she is in the UFC without hard work and dedication. I think the only thing that's different in our industry is the level of entertainment behind it. But she has already done movies. So if she can be good at something like that, I know she can do the same here."

"I'm sure Kurt Angle has given her a lot of advice, being an Olympic athlete who made the change to WWE. I have no doubt that she has been in pressure situations. She probably does better under pressure. I hope I can see her at WrestleMania and say, 'You know who you are.' That's what my dad always says: 'Just know who you are when you go through that curtain because that's all that matters'."

About the four women's matches announced at WrestleMania:

"The Women's Revolution is going strong. It simply shows how important women are to the company now. Almost all the women are on the card. Alexa against Nia, Asuka against me, the mixed tag team match, the battle royal... each one has its own story. There's none that doesn't seem interesting."
