The coach Juan José Oré spoke with the program 'Entre Bolas' from Radio Ovación to make his plea after being relieved of his position as coach of the U-17 team, explaining that the FPF proposed a salary reduction.

"Up to now, I don't belong because I don't have a valid contract. We don't know more. There was a conversation, some things we didn't agree on, and I don't know if it will end there, since I didn't accept what they offered me. We have achieved important things, going to a World Cup, South American champions, the Olympics in Nanjing, gold medal. We achieved important things, there was support, but not the support that there is now that they are investing in youth football. It saddens me, many players passed through our hands, some exploded, others didn't. We were clear and transparent in our work."

Juan José Oré emphasized that the FPF's reason for dismissing him was economic.

"They have clung to the economic aspect. They should have told me the clear things. They called me to tell me that there was a budget for me, and that it was well below what I earned. When I started, I paid my dues, especially in Peruvian football where they pay very little. It's a matter of respect, if I were a beginner, but after 17 years of being a professional to the letter because my life was the Videna, it saddens me, but it's the reality."

As it is remembered, Juan José Oré is remembered for making history with the U-17 team in 2007, where Reimond Manco, Eder Hermoza, Alonso Bazalar, among others, stood out.
