Raw also featured "Stone Cold" Steve Austin delivering the Stunner to Vince McMahon and Shane McMahon, The Miz regaining the Intercontinental Championship from Roman Reigns, and all the legends who appeared throughout the show, as well as the final confrontation between Brock Lesnar, Kane, and Braun Strowman, before their triple threat match for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble event.

There was an increase in ratings compared to last week, with 4.53 million viewers. This represents a 39% increase compared to last week's 3.25 million viewers, and the highest number Raw has accumulated since after WrestleMania in 2016.

Hour breakdown this week was as follows:

First hour: 4.803 million (3.573 last week)

Second hour: 4.641 million (3.363 last week)

Third hour: 4.147 million (2.814 last week)

Raw was #1 for the night in cable audience and #1 for the night in cable for the 18-49 demographic group. Raw scored a rating of 1.71 in the 18-49 demographic group, which is well above last week's rating of 0.90 in the same category.
