The goalkeeper of the Peruvian national team, Pedro Gallese, assured that the team is focused on their own and does not pay attention to the news and statements coming from New Zealand.

"We are not listening to statements or anything, we are concentrating on training and on ourselves," said Pedro Gallese, after the training of the Peruvian national team at the Videna.

Pressure is relieved

Pedro Gallese also explained that there was much more pressure against Colombia and that match will serve as an experience to face New Zealand more calmly.

"There was much more tension against Colombia, it is true that the pressure is there but we have to know how to handle it. The experience against Colombia affected us a lot, the pressure rushed us in doing things, now we will manage it more relaxed and show the football we are looking for," explained the goalkeeper of the Peruvian national team.

On the other hand, Pedro Gallese referred to the wind in the city of Wellington. "The wind is quite difficult, I suffered it in Chiclayo, I have an advantage because of that, I know how the ball is going to go and we hope there are no major problems," he said.
