The gala of the FIFA Awards 'The Best' was the scene of an unexpected encounter between Lionel Messi and the legendary actor Sir Patrick Stewart, famous for his role as 'Charles Xavier' in the 'X-Men' saga.

The acclaimed actor was one of the guests at the ceremony held at the London Palladium in England and as many have pointed out on social media, 'Professor X' found another 'phenomenon', as Lionel Messi is often called due to the great plays and goals he scores.

Patrick Stewart himself was responsible for uploading the photo with the Argentinean star on his Twitter account.
