Headed by Diego Laínez from América, the list of 21 players who will integrate the Mexican National Team in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India was defined this Thursday.

The National Selections Directorate announced the list of players who will participate in the tournament that will take place from October 6 to 28, where Laínez is the main figure of the "Aztec" team.

The team that contributes the most players is Guadalajara, with six, including goalkeeper Víctor André Alcaráz, defenders César Iván López and Luis Alejandro Olivas; midfielders Alexis Hazael Gutiérrez and Deivoon Alexander Magaña; and forward César Saúl Huerta.

The pupils of coach Mario Arteaga will travel to Málaga, Spain, on Saturday, September 16, where they will have their final preparation tour and then fly to the host country.

The Tricolor will face Iraq, Chile, and England in the group stage, teams that were placed in Group F, in search of the best results to advance to the round of 16 and take a step towards the World Cup three-peat.
