Argentinian football player accused of child abuse

Argentinian Jonathan Fabbro, former player of Chiapas FC (which was relegated to Ascenso MX), was accused last May of the rape of a minor (currently 11 years old), and in Buenos Aires, in the 32nd Instruction Court, the player's arrest was requested by lawyer Gastón Marano, according to information from the Olé newspaper.

However, Fabbro had already left the Argentine capital.

The events date back to between 2015 and 2016, accusation made by the 32nd Court, in charge of Conazo Zavarría, in Buenos Aires (northern area of the federal capital); even, it was detailed at the time that the investigation contains testimonies from family members, clinical studies, and the investigation of a cell phone as evidence.

The penalty for the crime of "aggravated sexual abuse with carnal access" could reach a prison sentence of 20 years.
