The match between the 'Rebaño Sagrado' and the 'Felinos' will be on Sunday, July 16th, at 21:45 hours in Mexico. Although the game will be played in Los Angeles, United States and will be broadcasted on TDN and Azteca Trece.

The university team earned the right to play in this match for being the champions of the Apertura 2016 Tournament and the 'Chivistas' for being the champions of the Clausura 2017 Tournament. That's how the participants of the 2017 Champion of Champions have been determined.
