Gustavo Matosas, former coach of León, América and Atlas, was officially presented as the new head coach of Cerro Porteño, with whom he has signed for a year.
Through its official Twitter account, the Paraguayan team announced the arrival of the Uruguayan coach, who had been without a team since September, after leaving the technical management of Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia.
Among his achievements as a coach, Matosas has the promotion of León to the First Division, the back-to-back championship in the Apertura 2013 and Clausura 2014 tournaments, and the title of the 2014-2015 Concachampions with América.
