The 6 Horas Peruanas 2017 were held at the La Chutana Racetrack. The driver Nicolás Fuchs (34 years old) finished in third place with his team made up of Enrique Arriola and Ricardo Dasso, and competed with the Audi R8 LMS. The event started at 4 p.m.

"It was a beautiful, tough, and competitive race that demanded sustained driving and good physical condition. We fought for victory from the beginning and finally managed to finish in third place. Thanks to Enrique and Ricardo for the opportunity, the team did a great job and the podium is a reflection of that," said Nico.

Fuchs completed the 330 laps by 10 p.m. "I hope to be part of this important Peruvian race again in the future, where we are sure to have a rematch," he added. In January, the national athlete finished in 12th place in the overall classification of the Dakar Rally.

However, the celebration also focused on the other two members of the podium. The brothers Xavier and Miguel Villagómez obtained first and second place respectively. Both also celebrated euphorically after the intense competition.
