Peruvian Women's Under-23 Volleyball Team Prepares for the Pan American Junior Games 2021
The Peruvian Women's Under-23 Volleyball Team is getting ready to travel to Cali on Sunday, November 28th, as they will compete in the Pan American Junior Games 2021. The team, led by coach Francisco Hervás, will leave the country at noon with the goal of performing well internationally and seeking to win a medal.
Peru Faces Tough Competition in Group B
Peru is part of Group B in the tournament, along with Dominican Republic, Brazil, and Puerto Rico. The opponents are of a high level, but the girls are optimistic and hope to give their best to compete in the Coliseum.
Their first match will be on December 1st against the Dominican team. The next day, they will face the Brazilian team, and in their last presentation, they will play against the Puerto Rican squad.
Finally, it is important to note that the top two teams in each group will automatically advance to the semifinals of the championship, which brings together the best young athletes.
