The National Superior Volleyball League final stayed in the hands of San Martín

The National Superior Volleyball League final stayed in the hands of San Martín after winning 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 25-23, and 30-28) against Jaamsa. The 'santas' achieved their fourth trophy under the guidance of coach Juan Diego García and with the revelation of the tournament Leslie Leyva and the return of her sister Ángela after her time in Brazilian volleyball.

Preceding the last match of the 2017-18 season, Regatas overcame Alianza Lima 3-2 in the third-place match. However, the Manuel Bonilla stadium experienced a great celebration with the supporters of these four teams. During the intermission between both matches, the mascots of San Martín and Jaamsa had a peculiar dance-off to the rhythm of reggaeton.

Both Jaamsa and San Martín showed off to win the gold medal and reign for a year in the LNSV. The followers of this sport experienced a fantastic weekend, as they fought fiercely from Friday to secure their place on the podium.
