Another club that would have no problem spending €47M on the Belgian winger is Paris Saint-Germain, a club well known for its financial power. On the other hand, Bayern Munich is in a similar situation to Arsenal, as they would need to sell Douglas Costa in order to make the transfer for the Belgian player.
