David Trigos: A Fisiotherapist Who Overcomes Visual Impairment to Be Part of His Beloved Football

David Trigos, 32, is a physiotherapist for the Móstoles CF team in Spain. Despite having a visual impairment, it has not been an impediment for him to be close to what he loves the most: football.

When he was young and watched his classmates playing football, he longed to be part of a team; however, he couldn't because he didn't have good vision. This situation kept him away from other kids, as he was considered the "weird" one in class.

Over the years, Trigos looked for a way to get closer to the sport he loved. He decided to study quiromassage and became the masseur for the new generations of Móstoles CF. It was there that he found respect and acceptance from people.

Both the coach and the kids from the Alevín Móstoles CF have shown great affection for David. They consider him a wonderful person who is always committed to his work, and anyone would want him on their team.

Being part of Móstoles CF has helped Trigos feel accepted in society. Everyone treats him well, just like any other "normal" person. His happiness is reflected in the triumphs of the kids and seeing them grow, not only physically but as human beings. The most important thing is that they fight for their dreams.
