Eli Manning throws four touchdown passes in Giants' 28-23 victory over Eagles

Eli Manning threw four touchdown passes and the New York defense intercepted the ball twice and stopped Philadelphia on three fourth down situations, leading the Giants to a 28-23 victory over the Eagles on Sunday.

The Giants (5-3) secured their third consecutive win, holding off the Eagles (4-4 after starting the season with three straight victories) after Manning was intercepted with less than two minutes to play.

Two of Manning's touchdown passes were to Odell Beckham Jr., while he connected with Roger Lewis Jr. and Sterling Shepard for the other two.

It was a game characterized by impressive plays - six of them for more than 30 yards in the first half - and strong defense (four interceptions). Special teams also played a key role, with Jason Pierre-Paul blocking a field goal attempt and Darren Sproles returning a punt for 66 yards.
