Gallos Blancos defeat Jaguares de Chiapas 2-1

In a close match of Matchday 15, Gallos Blancos defeated Jaguares de Chiapas 2-1 and still remain alive to continue fighting for a place in the playoffs.

The scoring was opened by Querétaro with Andrés Rentería in the first minutes of the match without much trouble to get rid of the goalkeeper of the Chiapas team.

Although Jaguares responded with a goal scored by Vandeley Dias with a good header, the match was decided with a shot from Edgar Benítez in the last minutes of the second half that put the Querétaro team ahead on the scoreboard.

At the moment, Querétaro is in thirteenth position and Jaguares remain at the bottom of the table.
