Next Sunday, the eighth and penultimate round of the High Diving World Series will be held in Shirahama, Japan, where the Mexicans Jonathan Paredes, Sergio Guzmán Ruvalcaba, and Adriana Jiménez Trejo will be in action.
Paredes, who is currently in second place in the overall standings (840 points), will seek to step onto the podium for the fifth time this season and thus reduce the lead of the leader Gary Hunt, who has accumulated 1060 points.
On the other hand, Guzmán has climbed positions in the overall standings throughout the year and is currently in ninth place.
At the end of the competition in Japan, the World Series will come to an end in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on October 28.
