Las Vegas, among other Nevada counties, is preparing to celebrate this day with lights in the sky, where several of them will be free. What time does it start and where to watch fireworks in Las Vegas, Nevada?
This year, the 4th of July falls on Thursday, so there will be celebrations before and after Independence Day in the Valley. Here are the celebrations that will be held for the holiday in the Las Vegas area.
- The Caesars Palace hotel and casino will celebrate this day with a fireworks show to be held Thursday beginning at 9:15 p.m. Despite the fireworks displays, the Strip won’t be closed as during New Year’s Eve celebrations.
- Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Casino, M Resort, Plaza Hotel and Casino, Red Rock Hotel and Casino, Cowabunga Bay and Wet ‘n’ Wild will host their shows on the same July 4 evening; mostly starting at 9 p.m.
- The City of Henderson will hold its 4th Independence Day celebration at Heritage Park, featuring live music, family-friendly activities; the event will end with a 22-minute fireworks show at 9 p.m.
