According to what is known so far, after he passed out, the congressman was taken to the emergency post in the district of Punta de Bombón. After not finding the necessary attention, he was subsequently transferred to the hospital of EsSalud, Manuel Torres Muñoz.
Fernando Rospigliosi will replace Nano Guerra in the position he held within the Directiva del Congreso de la República. The deceased congressman was supposed to continue in the Legislative Branch until 2026.
