"In a program hosted by Magaly in September 2020, they implicated my client in some murders and said she went with a man to a hotel," the lawyer stated. However, he also made it clear that they do not fully agree with the sentence and will continue to appeal.
"We do not agree with the conviction and the amount of civil reparation (30,000 soles). They have also appealed. We are asking for 200,000 soles, apart from the fact that Mrs. Medina has several convictions and cannot continue to have the same punishment," he added.
Why did Nadeska Widausky sue Magaly Medina?
Nadeska Widausky was linked to the murder of Antonio Saucedo Mendoza. The crime occurred in the Armendáriz descent during the year 2015. It was the former dancer who shared the news through her social networks, confirming that, in fact, her legal team won the trial. "Justice has been served, thank you," she commented.
The model stated that Magaly Medina's attitude and comments towards her were deplorable.
