How did this whole story start almost 20 years ago?
In the first movie, we can see a doctor who wakes up locked in a bathroom, chained by one foot and not knowing how or why he ended up there. In front of him was another man in the same conditions, and they quickly discover that they have been kidnapped and will have to play a bloody game to escape.
