Jamaica advanced to the semifinals of the Concacaf Gold Cup on Sunday by defeating Guatemala 1-0 in a match held at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. The only goal of the game was scored by left back Amari'i Bell in the 51st minute. The defender received the ball outside the penalty area due to a misunderstanding in the Guatemalan defense and beat goalkeeper Nicholas Hagen.
