The Málaga must now start directing its senses at club level to everything that happens in First Federation, which unless a miracle happens, will be its next reality (if the RFEF does not turn non-professional football upside down with another remodeling). In any case, with regards to the players, the Spanish Footballers Association is working on the collective agreement.
The union presided over by David Aganzo recalled that on February 23 it announced its aim to seal collective agreements for the different categories at the national level and that after the First Federation, it intends to start the same process in Second Federation, Third Federation, First Federation FUTFEM, Second Federation FUTFEM and First National FUTFEM.
It also announced that after starting the process with UGT in First RFEF, for the players to choose the social bank to negotiate their agreement, different clubs in the category, more than half of the 40 affected, have already transferred the electoral roll of the players who will be able to exercise their right to vote. "This is a necessary process demanded by the players, who will benefit from a new Collective Agreement for the category in order to adapt the fair demands of our colleagues in the First Federation to the current reality," he asserted.
