Mavericks swingman Tim Hardaway Jr. (right hamstring tightness) will miss his second straight game on Monday night when the Mavericks host Minnesota.

Hardaway sustained the injury during the first half of last Friday’s victory at Sacramento, then sat out the second half. He also sat out of Saturday’s game against the Kings.

Coach Jason Kidd said that Hardaway is feeling better. But with Dallas playing only one other game before the All-Star break, Wednesday at Denver, it might make sense to keep Hardaway out of that game, as well.

“We’ll see how he feels (Tuesday),” Kidd said. “Hopefully he goes on the trip.”

Also remaining out Monday were Maxi Kleber (right hamstring tear) and Davis Bertans (left calf strain). The Mavericks and Kleber are hopeful that he will be able to return soon after the All-Star break.
