Belgium national team announces call-up to find new head coach.

The Belgium national team finished in third place in Russia 2018, however, their performance dropped in Qatar 2022 and they were eliminated in the group stage. Through their website, the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) launched a call to find a full-time national team coach who knows how to win. "The new national team coach is extremely ambitious and has the necessary international experience at the highest level, football tactical knowledge and insights, as well as the appropriate personal skills. He is a serial winner with experience in managing top players," it says.

The new federal coach knows how to focus on creating a tight-knit group and how to integrate young players. He is a tactical expert who bases his choices on data, technologies, and objective parameters and uses the federation's experience and sports structure. He knows how to win trophies in world-famous competitions," they added.

They will also be an "ambassador of Belgian football" who will help "promote the values" of the Federation and who will be available "full-time," according to the announcement, which is written in a "male gender" for the sake of simplicity but applies to both "male and female or neutral" genders.

Similarly, Belgium stated that "applications must be received by January 10, 2023, after which the selection process will begin."
