Infocorp: Find out if you are on the 'blacklist'

Find out if you are part of the list of debtors by following the next procedure.

  • Go to Equifax - Infocorp and choose whether you are going to acquire your report or that of a third party.
  • You will have to enter the type and number of identification document, address of your home, and the email where you will receive the information.
  • You will need to validate the data and make a payment of 29.90 soles.
  • Finally, your debt report will arrive in your email.

If you managed to pay off your debt at the financial institution and you still appear on the list of debtors, then you must present some documents that prove the full payment of the loan. What information should you provide?

  • The first thing you should do is request a letter of non-indebtedness from the bank.
  • You will have to check if the payment is already reflected in your credit history.
  • If there is still debt in your financial statement, you will need to send the letter of non-indebtedness with a copy of your National Identity Document (DNI) to [email protected] and request an update.
