For decades, the Chabuca Granda Alameda has been the scene of shows by street comedians, however very little is known about the internal management of this space. That's why a problem involving renowned artists was recently revealed. What happened? We'll tell you all about it HERE.
If you've ever visited Lima downtown, you've surely noticed that in the small black amphitheaters in Chabuca Granda, various artistic shows are presented, but undoubtedly the ones that attract the most attention are the street comedians.
Those golden days when they dominated the ratings on various television channels are long gone, and now they perform in one of the places that saw them born as comedians. However, a new conflict is capturing the attention of many.
Danny Rosales breaks his silence
Actor Danny Rosales, one of the pioneers of Peruvian comedy, broke his silence and expressed his opinion on the controversy involving his colleagues Edwin Aurora and 'Mono Pavel' through a TikTok video.
It all started when Danny visited Chabuca Granda at the invitation of comedian Edwin Aurora, which caused a dispute with his colleagues, 'Mono Pavel', Pucho, and Kelvin.
"I have never said anything about Mr. 'Mono Pavel'. I would never interfere with the association, because there are colleagues who depend on it for their livelihood," the actor said. But that's not all.
'Mono Pavel' prohibits Edwin Aurora from working
In addition to this, it is known that 'Mono Pavel' has banned Edwin Aurora from working for 3 months, after he invited comedian Lucky to work at the Chabuca Granda Alameda.
Danny Rosales concluded his video by stating that he would support Edwin Aurora and emphasized that he was one of the first comedians to perform at Chabuca Granda.
