If I win, how can I claim my prize?
If you win, your prizes from Te Apuesto, Deportes Virtuales, Casino, and RaspaYá will be automatically credited to your balance.
To claim them directly to your account, use your Visa Debit card and follow these steps:
Go to the Tinka website, then "Claim my prizes" in "My Account" from the menu. Check your prizes and select "Withdraw and view history", which is to the right of "Accumulated Prizes".
Select "Visa" or "Agora", according to your preference. Enter the amount to withdraw, attach a photo of your ID (not photocopy image), and select your card.
Click on "Request Withdrawal" and wait for confirmation. Remember that the withdrawal amount is a minimum of S/30 and a maximum of S/3,000 per day.
