Daniela Darcourt is one of the most famous and successful Peruvian artists internationally, the young singer has confessed on several occasions to feel excited about the point she has reached in her career, however, years ago she had a tough experience that left her marked.

In 2019, the interpreter of 'Señor Mentira' surprised everyone by making a strong revelation during an interview with Magaly Medina, where she talked a little more about her teenage years and how she dealt with it.
When she was a guest on the show "Magaly TV: La Firme", the salsa singer dared to answer a question about suicide and affirmed that at the age of 16, she thought about ending her life, leaving the host very amazed.
In response to this, she explained the reasons why she wanted to make that decision in the past and said she felt extremely affected by the negative comments she received.
"There were many people who didn't believe in me, didn't give me anything. They told me many times that I wouldn't amount to anything. The argument was that I didn't have the body that sold, I was much thinner than I am now. I was very frustrated when they made me go down the easy path, I have always been very disciplined," she expressed.
After this, Daniela assured that is all in the past and now she is very focused on continuing to develop her career to the fullest in the artistic field.
Finally, she revealed that over time, she has realized which people are the ones who really care about her and the reasons she has to move forward now that she feels much happier with herself.
