According to the publication on the Facebook page 'Lima Antigua', the photos show an aerial view of the Balneario de Ventanilla around 1960. "See to believe, friends," reads the description.
In the photos, a more orderly area can be observed with different spaces for children, youth, and adults such as restaurants, kiosks, small pools, and parking spaces for vehicles.
The post was shared by hundreds of people who were encouraged to comment on how orderly and well-kept the area looked in those years, some even recalled part of their childhood.
"It also had its moment of splendor. Too bad the disorderly growth prevented it from being an attractive resort," "It was a beautiful place," "Definitely, being orderly tells us a lot and as a society, we don't know how to take care of or respect what belongs to everyone," are some of the comments on the popular social network.
