As mentioned by the representative of said animal health center, the heartless woman visited this place with her children and left the mischievous 'Manchitas' at this place last Monday to receive treatment.
However, a few hours later, she sent a WhatsApp message saying that she would not return for the dog and that they could take care of him since she could not handle his care.
