According to the law passed in Congress, the debt that the State has with the FONAVI contributors is 42,008,497 soles. Maria del Carmen Alva, current head of Parliament, stated that with the enactment of this law, justice is done to those who contributed to this fund.
Therefore, according to the calculations of the Minister of Economy, Oscar Graham, the average amount to be delivered to the beneficiaries would be between S/. 420 and S/. 700. For the payment to be made, it is necessary for the contributors to have an account enabled at the National Bank.
